Approved Floor Plans on All Development 1 Lots

The same floor plan for Lots 1 & 4 has been approved by the city; for an extra cost they can be bought along with Lot 1. The site plan for Lot 1 is pictured below.
This rendition is of front elevation of Lot 3 as pictured below. The turret has another option that replaces the 3 smaller windows with one large window.
Lot 3 comes with city approved plans and complete interior/exterior design, complete with a furniture lay-out, for a two-story residence. The building package may be purchased with the land parcel. If a buyer would like to build their own home, we can build the home and the buyer can choose the finish materials and color pallet. Floor plans are pictured below: first level on the left side and second level on the right side.

The map opens up to the address at 39025 E. Benton Rd that is the completed home and the location of Development 1 - Land Lots 1 & 3 to be built.
Then follow De Portola Road north until you hit Intrepid Road and that is the location of Development 2.
Then follow Intrepid Road east until you hit Grassy Road and that is the location of Development 3.
